This hybrid conference will serve as a platform for geoscientists, researchers and industry professionals to come together to discuss the impact climate change is having upon the environment and how society can mitigate the changes.
This conference follows our series of regional events that took place around the UK, starting in Plymouth on 2 October 2024. Regional events were co-hosted by the Society and the various host institutions and features a topical research seminar by a local expert in their field, followed by a panel discussion. Topics of discussion ranged from climate impacts upon the world's oceans, to those on land and in our atmosphere.
